KFS / Affirmative Immigration DNA testing approved by Ministry of Justice
Our Immigration DNA testing service has been approved by the Ministry of Justice to be used by Her Majesty’s Passport Office.
HMPO may require immigration DNA evidence to support a case or application in order to prove biological relationships. Immigration solicitors and individuals are now able to use our immigration DNA testing services to provide evidence to the UK Passport Office.
In what circumstances would HMPO require DNA evidence?
If you were born in the UK but have spent the majority of your life outside of the country and are now looking to apply for your first British passport, HMPO may request DNA proof of your biological relationship with family members who are British citizens or were born in Britain.
It could also be the fact that a person is undertaking a UK immigration application and does s not have the required documentation to prove that they are related to a UK citizen, therefore HMPO may request that the applicant undertakes a DNA test to prove that the applicant is related biologically to a British citizen.
We are able to support individuals and Immigration Solicitors that require DNA evidence as we are a Ministry of Justice approved supplier of the immigration DNA testing.
