Free Advice and quotation

For free advice or to request a quotation, simply contact us and provide: 

• an outline of the prosecution case
• a summary of the points at issue
• date when the report is required
• expected trial date

Please also provide a copy of the prosecution’s scientific report and any relevant Counsel’s advice, if these are available.

Our quotation includes all of the information required for an application to the Legal Services Commission for prior authority to incur disbursements (form CDS4).
